My career was established 10 years before that, earning my certificate in Audio Production Technologies at Mesa Community College after serving in the US Navy, to the stage hand experience I gained from working with Rhino Staging for Lady Gaga, Bon Jovi, NBA Allstars, Elton John. Then there was the 7 rock/metal bands I performed with as a drummer, singer, bass player, and guitar, including when I started at 16 years old, then doing music videos in Tempe with Prophet 7;13, Kin of the Zen, moving back to Michigan producing Kronie and performing on stage with Kid Rocks guitarist at Ground Zero with Kenny Olson, recording an 11 song album with Dave Runyan. Recording drums for Graves Crossing. Even working with the monitoring engineer for Jethro Tull and learning on stage during the show at the Interlochen Center for the Performing Arts, including Boz Scaggs and Michael Mcdonald, Eric Church and Diana Ross. Now with over 20 years of professional entertainment experience, performing weekly, sometimes nightly, I have the skills to make your day unforgettable! I was a vocal performance major until I switched to live sound and audio engineer, with 11 years of professional voice lessons, plus classical music performances in German, and Italian. Rock vocal lessons from Thomas Collett Vocals in Chandler AZ. I have recorded full length rock albums and performed from Japan to Arizona, from karaoke and clubbing in the Philippines to LA, and checked out almost every major music hub from Austin Texas, to Miami nightclubs, New York City, to San Francisco and Las Vegas. I have spent my life studying entertainment and have been a stage hand to the guy on the stage, to behind the scenes as lighting production for Jeff Loomis, Agent Orange, and Michael Schenker at Club Red in Tempe under Patrick. I am fun, outgoing, but I know how to get down to business when the client needs me.

AJ was a wedding hero! Due to some really bad wedding planning on our part, we didn't have ceremony music until 2 weeks before our wedding... We reached out to 1Wave with not a lot of time before the Wedding day, he quickly responded and got us going. He had so many helpful documents that made planning our wedding music easy. But really what made this a 6/5 star experience was on the day of the wedding he jumped in and helped us with our dinner music and MC'ing some items post wedding (this was not originally planned, but really a huge help). Helpful notes if booking 1Wave DJs: They're super professional and well organized, you won't have to sweat on your event day. Once booking with them, you will have a little homework to make sure your preferences are noted, then they will have a prep call with you following that bit of light work.
